10 Benefits of Rebounding in the Bedroom

10 Reasons to Rebound in the Bedroom

It was after my first major breakup that I discovered the power of rebounding. Ha! It’s not what you think. I’m not here to give relationship advice (not today at least); rather, I’m here to teach you about the power of jumping on a mini-trampoline (aka rebounding)! This great form of aerobic exercise can even be done in the convenience and privacy of your own bedroom 🙂

I’m all about you finding an exercise regimen that you consider fun. Whether it be yoga, barre, dance, zumba, pilates, etc., I am a firm believer that you can find a way to move your body in such a way that you forget that you’re “working out”. One of these fun methods that I’ve used for the last few years has been rebounding.

At some point in your life, chances are that you’ve jumped on a trampoline. You probably had fun, but did you realize the health benefits that you were tapping into as you bounced up and down?! Among other things, you were…

  1. Stimulating and improving your lymphatic and immune systems
  2. Increasing muscle tone throughout your entire body
  3. Improving your posture, balance, and coordination
  4. Increasing your bone mass

  • “Many healings of other physical troubles have occurred in my clients after they started to integrate breathing practices into their lives.
